Oh Pshaw, also known as Oh Hell, is a lot like the card games spades. Players will bet on the number of tricks they think they can take. Then the hands are played out and the highest trump card wins, or if no trump cards were played, the highest card of the suit that leads wins.
The dissimilarity that separates this game from Spades is the number of cards given to each player at every hand.
